Another Nigerian has proved that Nigerians always come out on top everywhere we go. The young lady identified as Comfort Tioluwani graduated as the best student in the University of Wales, United Kingdom with a distinction in Law (LLM). Comfort is the eldest child of four children. Her parents are Reverend and Barrister Tioluwani, she was born in Nigeria but left to study abroad after graduating from the University of Abuja. She graduated as best student for 2017 in the University of Wales. See Photos Below...
