The reason why Nigeria is still in Recession

This world is a world of Wickedness. Why Do I say such, It is because of the way our Leaders are now treating us in this our country Nigeria. If you can still recall that in the past Nigeria Used to be a very great country, Salaries where always intact, people of different ethnic groups where all living in peace and harmony.

            During the time of Leaders like Sir Obafemi Awolowo, Tafewa Balewa and Many other great leaders, Nigeria was very great. But since after Independence Nigeria has been in a state of disharmony and disunity, why all these sufferings.

Some Causes of all these terrible activities are listed below:

1.  Greediness

            So many Nigerian Leaders today are so greedy, some of them do not even care of the welfare of the people that they are piloting; they only care about their pocket and their family welfare. The reason why Nigeria is in a state of economic recession today is because of the greedy nature of our Leaders, and that is why Nigeria will continue in poverty until our leaders change their evil Greedy lifestyle.

2. Religious Problems

            Today, so many innocents’ citizens of our great country Nigeria have been killed due to lack of religious Unity. In a country Like Nigeria our leaders are supposed to be the people controlling the affairs of the state not some religious extremist. If only we can see the benefits of Unity among the various Religions it will be very useful and it will aid peaceful co-existence between Christians and Muslims.

3. Illiteracy/Ignorance

            Many Nigerians today are very poor academically even some of our so called leaders. Some of them did not even finish the secondary school level, but some how they man-over some certain things and came into power through Election Malpractices and some other unlawful acts. Due to the poor education background of both leaders and citizens, they fail to know the right way to handle/pilot the affairs of the state. A situation whereby the leaders do not even know some basic facts about handling corruption. Due to the illiteracy of citizens, they believe everything that they are told by their leaders.

If Nigerian Leaders and Citizens will change their evil lifestyle I believe Nigeria Will Move from this state of recession to a state of too much money, harmony, peace and above all peaceful Religious co-existence.
