Panic in Obiaruku as Mother Cuts of daughters Leg because of this...

A woman from Obiaruku in Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta Sate, just cut off her daughters Thumb because she allegedly Found out that the girl stole some ones money. The Mother of the Girl discovered that her daughter would not be able to own such amount of money (200 Naira), in cause of beating the Girl she became so furious and she immediately picked up a cutlass and Cut off the girls thumb. At the time of this Report the Girl is still receiving treatment and the woman is currently in Police Custody, I think she would be charged for Child Abuse....
